Patrick McNicholas Recognized on Los Angeles Times’ Notable Personal Injury Lawyer List

Pat’s highlighted successes include securing a $13.5 billion settlement against Pacific Gas & Electric Company for wildfire victims caused by the utility company’s equipment between 2015-2018; representing victims of the 2018 Montecito mudslides; and obtaining an $85 million class action settlement against Mercedes-Benz USA for failing to disclose a seat heater defect in certain Mercedes automobiles, which caused the seats to spark, smoke, overheat and/or catch fire.
