Los Angeles Times Interviews Matthew McNicholas on Troubled Valley Gang Units
Partner Matthew McNicholas spoke with the Los Angeles Times about the ongoing LAPD investigation specifically the two anti-gang units in the San Fernando Valley concerning the gang units in Mission Division and Foothill Division.
McNicholas opined: “The only people that fell down on the job were command staff that allowed these people to be moved from Foothill to Mission, without telling anyone of their potential problems.”
McNicholas also confirmed that the firm’s client, Lt. Garza (whose previous retaliation case settled for $950,000) did everything he was supposed to do, including making multiple reports as he learned of unfolding events
