Rachael Talento
Associate
Rachael Talento represents clients affected by California wildfires and other mass torts. She has handled the 2022 Mosquito Fire, 2021 Dixie Fire, 2017 Creek Fire and the 2021 Dominguez Channel Odor Leak.
Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Talento clerked for McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP for one year. As a certified law student in Loyola Law School’s Youth Justice Education Clinic, she helped represent students in their cases. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk for the Children’s Law Center of California.
Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Talento served as an AmeriCorps Member for two years providing individualized and whole classroom support to elementary schools in Washington, D.C.
