Michael Rincon represents law enforcement officers from departments throughout California, as well as firefighters and first responders, in matters of retaliation, on-the-job discrimination, and harassment.

Mr. Rincon attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. For his exemplary achievement during his undergraduate education at Loyola Marymount University, he received the prestigious Christopher William Silva Memorial Scholarship.

Before joining McNicholas & McNicholas, Mr. Rincon worked as a litigation attorney for one of the largest law firms in the United States. He developed a broad range of skills and successfully represented clients in a variety of contentious, high-value matters.
