- $1.3 Million award on behalf of a plaintiff who was injured while working for a subcontractor at a construction site. When the plaintiff picked up a 2 X 4, an unrestrained retaining wall fell on him, crushing his leg and causing significant fractures and ligament tears.
- $1.2 Million settlement for a plaintiff who was hit head-on by a bus that made an unsafe left turn. The plaintiff suffered a significant ankle fracture and required three surgeries.
- $375,000 settlement on behalf of a plaintiff who suffered an ankle fracture after falling down several steps in her apartment building.
