Jason L. Oliver

Jason L. Oliver has more than 25 years of experience representing Californians in employment and personal injury cases. He has carved out a niche in helping victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation (including whistleblower).
Mr. Oliver has recovered over $80 million in jury verdicts, awards and settlements for his employment and personal injury clients. He is especially noted by his legal peers as a tenacious litigator and strong advocate for employee rights, as well as his analytical, research, writing, and oral argument skills.
Since 2011, Mr. Oliver has been a guest lecturer for the Pasadena Unified School District Pathways program, where he educates students about pathways to careers in law. He has been a guest panelist on the topic of punitive damages at Southwestern University School of Law. He also enjoys being part of his community. For years he has volunteered as a Little League Baseball and Brotherhood football and basketball coach and at his local YMCA.
