Jon Drucker

Jon Drucker is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in various areas within litigation. Mr. Drucker now applies his extensive expertise at McNicholas & McNicholas to advocate for the rights of employees and injured consumers.

Prior to joining McNicholas & McNicholas, he worked in employment, real estate, and financial services litigation and became a principal at a top Los Angeles law firm. He then became in-house counsel for a tech company and later founded his practice, which focused on real estate, financial services, and class actions. He notably led five class actions against Ameriprise Financial Services, securing a landmark $120 million settlement for consumers.

Mr. Drucker has also focused on emerging markets and is highly respected for his expertise in the financial and legal regulations of the cannabis industry. He also possesses experience in advocating for honesty, integrity, and transparency under California’s Sunshine Act.
