ABC and Curbed San Francisco Report on Lawsuit Against Pacific Gas & Electric Company
As published in ABC and Curbed San Francisco, our firm, along with Frantz Law Group, APLC and Bridgford, Gleason & Artinian, filed a lawsuit against Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) on behalf of Camp Fire victims for allegedly causing the deadly wildfire that claimed the lives of 88 individuals and destroyed nearly 14,000 homes. The lawsuit alleges that PG&E failed to adhere to electrical and fire safety practices, and negligently maintained their electrical equipment and surrounding vegetation.
